It makes me question how do they make these guide lines because it doesn't seem to be looked through or analyzed for error...Trial and error maybe? Clearly that what we are doing because things are NEW ...now others complaining about something that isnt to plan and not offering anything to fix it well it isnt very helpful. Plans never going to be according to plan...I look at it more of a guide line...I understand when things have to be in a particular order but if you put the block in the circle hole hoping that it will make it through well it may just depending on the size of the hole or the size of the block...ends up with inconsistency..specially when things change!
People differ..in learning and teaching... well consistency in basic form is a guide line. I would say its inconsistent because we have too many teachers and we kinda get thrown in as a mix. Some of us are fast to the point...others are slow but well rounded in relevance to the topic and others well are unique... it ends up a mass of inconsistency (story of my life). Sometimes they dont quite teach as often and some do which leads to some information not being transferred Apparently I do teach quite often so this update isnt really per say helpful for me since I know via trial and error how to do things. Or even other teachers from other locations have different set of rules.
Ugh whatever...if this keeps up I rather have them sent with all computer base training on how to work a register because clearly human factor doesn't live up to their standards
Example...lets say Baseball. Dodgers and Angels they are both under California teams so lets say they both work a little differently because they had different coaches plus a little rivalry between them..Now California wants awesome teams and directed their coaches with rules and regulations to convey to their players in a strict manual. One coach followed the the rule book to a T like a proper way of throwing via diagram and pictures with statistics while the other taught what needed to be taught with do's and don'ts through seeing the experience from how the manual played in real life. All in all its still baseball and the mechanics are the same and both became great teams. Now if we took a couple of those players and traded to the other team...and well lets say the coach didnt like how the pitcher pitched because of the way he held the ball...but he could strike out the batter just as good...So what would be more of the issue...the fact that they were taught differently...or the outcome being the same?
Gets me about another point since I teach for a rather large company...things like disciplinary action sometimes are quite inconsistent. Again like the days of school Clicks tend to happen and sometimes people get away with things...and sadly I probably had lots of mistakes on my behalf too. Also work isnt quite a place for drama...which there is of course but getting on the bad side of someone somewhere can cause ones lost of jobs...I dont like to see it but know it exist...most of the time its their own fault on how they conduct their work habits others is quite unfair and just due to the social ladder on one not liking another. Rules will always be bent...abused...and inconsistent when people let things go through...and often times people just dont want to make a bad connection specially with someone they know and work with.
*sighs* its why I like my feign ignorance and just observe and do my best to adapt to the situation...to avoid situations like these
Get in trouble if you stick to plan and not make it in time with what you need to convey
Get in trouble if you dont stick to plan and make it on time and cover all your topics
Just go with the flow...you will get in trouble anyways ah the facts of life
Alright better head to sleep before my brain becomes gooo and probably this wouldnt make sense to anyone but the universe in my head
