Long Beach Comic con

Alright so it starts on Sat morning which I did try to sleep the 3 hours I had after work and before the drive to the convention. I got there in ample time since well it was early and no traffic on the freeway...the way I like it. The only thing I do not like about this convention is lugging my gear up three flights of stairs due to the fact that the very few elevators are packed and its just faster lugging it up and down.

Well so we had a booth at the 501st station with the awesome wall and we were have a fundraiser for a family that has special training for a service dog to notify when a blood sugars are fluctuating (aka diabetics) for a child and well the funds for training dogs are quite high so we are helping a bit. Anyways went and stood out there for a couple of hours before I had to change my batteries for my fans and did them quite often since I was using reusable and charging right away. Leg was numb and tired lol I was tired myself from lack of sleep but that won't stop me from being awesome and putting smile on peoples faces and confusing them of why I am black and not a Tie fighter or Dearth Vader.

My arm was sore the next day and I think I formed bruises on my hips but that's ok I do what I do for a good cause =) and continue on. I work off of will power.

Besides that in between days I got to stay at a friends house that live near the convention which is cool but also the fact that I haven't seen her often as well so its like awesome I get to go to a convention and meet up with the not so many friends I made during College days. Passed out on her couch and well it was better then nothing before the con started again.

It wasn't so bad the next day...I think my body was just sore for the fact I haven't done a full on round like this in a while since most of the trooping only lasted like 3-4 hours instead of ...7-9 hours...and a bit of lazer tag...that might of been my breaker lol on day one...sweating in armor is no fun and adding more sweat x_x killer

After the con went and relax at my other friends house where I promptly mess with her dog and chill watching Once upon a time and I got to watch Superman (the most recent) and I know superman is cool and all but I see many things I disagree with but the plot was good and little different then the movies/plot before hand. Tis was fun x_x now I ish home and well I should be a sleep but my body is like NO
