Woke up and the pain was still there apparently and so I had an adventure at work to deal with it...so long I dont reach for anything above me and basically try not reach my other side...like if i had an itch on my other shoulder =_= soothing pain it be...soothing an itch but in pain to do so

So yeah I dont want to do anything that would hurt it even more at this point so now that I am home I will just chill and work on my wow as well as nit pick on this glove logo still
